Bill Adams and Allen Adams Realty are proud to present Maple Grove, a new private luxury estate neighborhood in Davidson.  The project, being developed by Stratos Custom Homes, is located off Shearer Road and contains six lots ranging in size from 3.5 to 4 acres.  Maple Way Drive will be private and each of the lots will have a unique custom home.  The neighborhood is in a great location too.  It is only minutes to downtown Davidson yet is in a peaceful and natural setting.

One of the great features about the neighborhood is that it adjoins Fisher Farm Park.  There will be a pathway between Lots 4 and 5 that will connect directly to the park.  The path will allow residents to walk or bike directly from their neighborhood to the walking and biking trails in Fisher Farm Park.  Also, Fisher Farm Park connects directly to Abersham Park.  This means residents of Maple Grove will have direct access to 443 acres of public park space without having to get in their car and drive there.

As for what is going on now in the neighborhood, Stratos currently has Lots 1 & 2 under construction with spec homes that are for sale.  Both homes are in the 4,700 square feet range and both are expected to be complete by this Fall.  Lot 3 for sale as a vacant lot and is being offered where the buyer can either contract with Stratos to build a custom home or bring their own builder.  Lot 5 went under contract right away for the lot and construction of a custom home by Stratos.  It should be breaking ground in the next month or so.
