Now normally I’m all about selling houses, that’s how I earn a living of course. But in this case, I would be more than happy for anyone that could win HGTV’s Dream Home! For 2017, HGTV has renovated a home on beautiful St. Simons Island in Georgia. This wonderful home has approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of living space with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is also a home gym and patio lounge. Outside there is a pool, fire pit, and beautiful waterfront view. In addition to the furnished home the winner will win a brand new Honda Pilot and $250,000. The grand prize is said to be valued at over $1.7 million! Beyond real estate, he enjoys boating on the lake, spending time with friends and family, most all things motorsports, cars, motorcycles, Panthers football, being active, hiking and exploring in the nearby mountains, vacations to the beach, traveling, as well as many other things.

I’m staying at the Westin Hotel on Jekyll Island for five days the third week in February. Will the HGTV home be able to view?
I’m traveling from Minnesota and am starting my hunt for a retirement place. Thank you.
